Marinated grilled vegetables, smoked aubergine, aged balsamic vinegar
Corn fed chicken breast, herbs, fondant potato, chestnut mushrooms,
broad beans, thyme sauce
Valrhona milk and dark chocolate ganache, orange iced parfait and sorbet
